Each sailboat is 100% hand built individually using plank-on-frame construction method and is similar to the building of actual ships.
Each model requires hundreds of hours to finish and must go through a demanding quality control process before leaving the workshop. The sails are hand stitched and rigged intricately from the masthead to the wooden deck, which is made of wood planks that are carefully pieced symmetrically for a beautiful finish. One can locate the wooden cabin and companionway around the middle of the deck. The metal steering wheel can be seen right above the rudder. The waterline is inlaid into the hull giving it a simplistic beautiful contrast. The stitched sail and intricate rigging complete the definition of a true sailing boat.
